Frequently Asked Questions

Why are there different flush plates for the Neorest WX?

The NEOREST WX uses a slightly different mechanical lifting mechanism compared to standard Washlets. Therefore, it requires the specific MB177EM push plate and the HM183 connecting set to function correctly with the auto-flush motor.

Do I need the HM184 Motor Unit?

The motor is required only if you want automatic flushing (where the toilet flushes itself when you stand up). If you prefer to push the button manually, you do not need the motor, but you still need the correct frame and push plate.

Is the installation depth adjustable?

Yes. The frame has a base depth of 120mm but fits standard EU/UK stud walls or pre-wall installations with an adjustable range of 150mm to 225mm via the mounting brackets.

  • Water: Cold water supply via the frame's internal R 1/2" connection point.
