FlexCover Long (TCA571) lets you install a TOTO RP or SP toilet as a conventional WC while keeping the built-in opening for water and electricity safely hidden. When you decide to add a WASHLET®, simply remove the cover and connect through the same opening. No demolition, no visible add-ons—just a truly integrated result.

How it works

WASHLET®-ready ceramics include a top-side service opening. FlexCover seals this opening during everyday use. Later, the cover is removed and the water line and power cable are routed through the same aperture for a clean WASHLET® installation.

Upgrade steps (aligned to our image sequence)

  1. Isolate services. Switch off water and power to the WC element.
  2. Remove the WC seat and both FlexCover plates to expose the service opening.
  3. Prepare connections. Open the frame service window; have braided hose and power lead ready.
  4. Fit the WASHLET® mounting plate through the opening and secure from above.
  5. Seat and connect the WASHLET®: lower until it clicks; connect the quick-coupler water line and power lead; tidy the hose guide beneath the pan.
  6. Restore services and test cleansing, drying and (if specified) auto-flush.

Compatibility & pairing (EU)

  • RP wall-hung, for WASHLET® — CW542ERY → pre-upgrade to RW/RX WASHLET®; seat TC513Q when used as a standard WC.
  • RP back-to-wall (floor-standing) — CW563Y#XW → pre-upgrade to RW WASHLET®; seat TC513Q.
  • SP wall-hung, for WASHLET® — CW522ERY → pre-upgrade to SW/SX WASHLET®; seat TC512G.

Note: Automatic flush functionality requires a compatible TOTO WC element / concealed cistern.
