EU WASHLET®/NEOREST models that include a descaling mode. If you own an older model, we will confirm eligibility after purchase.

Consumables & care items

• Citric-acid descaling (per TOTO recommended programme)
• Deodorizer filters (e.g., TCA128S / TCM10700 / TCM8392; model-specific)
• Cleaning and nozzle-care sets where required
