What you need to know
First kit deliveryThe first care kit is sent one year after your original product purchase date.
Annual cadenceOne care kit is sent per membership year. Shipping is always included.
Minimum periodThe minimum membership period is 24 months. The membership renews automatically every 24 months.
CancellationIf cancelled before the end of the 24-month period, the remaining balance is still due. You can cancel renewal before the next period begins.
Model-specific kitsKit contents depend on your shower toilet model and brand. If a specific consumable is not required, the kit is adapted accordingly.
Reminder before shipmentYou receive a notification before each yearly kit is dispatched, so you always know when it's on its way.
